Terms and conditions


Purchases

We will supply all the items purchased as advertised. If you, the customer, order an item wrongly e.g. the wrong sized shirt, we will exchange - see exchange conditions below. Any delays due to exceptional circumstance e.g. postal strikes/delays will be notified to you immediately.

Bespoke Items

All Bespoke items are made to order especially for you. They will not be exchangeable or refundable under any circumstances. However we will certainly endeavour to help with any queries.

Hire Items/Outfits

Please see FREE Delivery & Collection on the main navigation. Once booked Hire Orders are strictly non refundable. Please see FAQs in the main navigation. You authorize us to charge your card for any charges arising from our terms and conditions being contravened. You are obliged to pay for any lost, stolen or damage to hire items in your possession at retail prices as advertised. Failure to return Hire goods immediately after use, or be present for our courier as agreed will result in extra charges. The maximum charge for any such item will be the full retail price as advertised.

X Hire Purchases

Most Hire items are available as an x-hire purchase at 25% off the retail price. Please email us your request for a quotation.

Refunds

If an item is ordered from our stock and didnt need to be made especially, we will offer a refund on request if requested within 14 Days of purchase. The conditions relating to this are that the item/s:

HAVE NOT BEEN BESPOKE MADE FOR YOU
IS/ARE RETURNED IN EXACTLY THE SAME BRAND NEW CONDITION
IS/ARE TOTALLY UNWORN
IS/ARE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING
IS/ARE ABLE TO BE IMMEDIATELY RESOLD.
IS/ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE

If a refund is requested within the terms and conditions stated, an authorization code will be supplied. You, the customer, are responsible for organising the return of your purchase to us and paying the return postage back to us on a Recorded Delivery Basis.

Any unauthorized returns may be subject to a 50% administration and restocking return fee so please contact us first.

Exchanges

Exchanges for wrongly ordered items will cost a postal charge for our dispatch back out to you. In this instance, you are required to contact us for an authorization number and to receive notification of our postal charge. Exchanges are only accepted if the item being returned:

IS IN EXACTLY THE SAME BRAND NEW CONDITION
IS TOTALLY UNWORN
IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING
If we have dispatch the wrong item to you we will offer you either a full refund or a replacement. We will send you a return postpaid bag for the return of the item/s or arrange to collect them.
